A trio of handmade corn tacos- One crispy pork belly and spicy mayo, one fried shrimp and cucumber salad, and one beer-brisket and avocado, served with pickled jalapeños and lime.
All-natural beef hotdog topped with queso, jalapeño marmalade, mayo-ketchup, pickled onions, chorizo beans, avocado puree, and spicy tortilla crisps- served with picada.
Our 80/20 chuck-chorizo patty topped with habanero-jack, bacon, mayo-ketchup, tomato, and onion- served with picada.
Four deep-fried corn tortillas stuffed with seasoned chicken, served with Cotija cheese and tomatillo cream.
Fried chicken thighs and yucca nuggets, served with cotija-cilantro ranch and spicy pineapple-chile sauce for dipping.
